As I mentioned in a previous post (Review | Accessorize Merged Baked Blusher in 'Scandal'), last month I went a bit crazy at the Accessorize section in Superdrug and snapped up quite a few things.
So, this is my review of the Accessorize Bronzing Block in 'Shade 2'.
What Accessorize Say
"This bronzing block is a summer make-up essential – use it to add tan and sculpt cheekbones."
What I Think
This bronzer is a powder bronzer but it isn't at all powdery, which means you don't get a lot of fallout when you use it.
Look On The Skin
Both the bronzer and the highlighter look quite natural on the skin, especially the bronzer. However, they both have some shimmer in them, which I personally don't really like.
Feel On The Skin
Due to the fact that this is a powder bronzing block, the product feels really light on the skin.
It smells a tad powdery, but you can only smell it if you stick your nose right into the box and sniff.
On my skin, the colour pay off isn't that great at all. It's way to light, especially the bronzer and I think it's probably more suited to people who are lighter in skin tone than I am.
Wear time with this bronzing block is only a few hours on my skin, which is combination-oily in case you were wondering.
I'm not really a fan of the box packaging because I think it's a bit awkward trying to use the product with a makeup brush, especially considering the fact that it's split into a bronzer and highlighter.
I think £7.00 is quite a good price for an Accessorize product, which are usually such great value. However, I wouldn't repurchase this particular product because the colour doesn't show up on my skin at all.
This is a great bronzing block for someone who is quite a bit lighter in skin tone than I am. However, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who either has the same or darker colouring than me because it won't show up on your skin very well.

Have you tried this bronzing block or any of the bronzers by Accessorize? What did you think?
